Electrical Foreman

Electrical Foreman – Philadelphia Area

Anvil Edge Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical projects throughout the Philadelphia area and surrounding markets.

This is a full-time field leadership position for someone who can manage crews, coordinate daily work, maintain project schedules, and ensure installations are completed safely and according to drawings, specifications, and applicable electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on commercial projects
• Plan daily manpower, material, equipment, and work activities
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Coordinate installations with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Track job progress and communicate field conditions, delays, and material needs
• Maintain quality control and verify work is completed correctly
• Enforce company safety procedures and jobsite requirements
• Complete daily reports, time records, and other field documentation
• Participate in layout, troubleshooting, testing, and installation when needed
• Maintain an organized and professional jobsite

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an electrical foreman or lead electrician on commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installation methods
• Ability to manage crews and hold team members accountable
• Ability to read plans, specifications, schedules, and one-line diagrams
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel between projects throughout the Philadelphia area
• OSHA certification and applicable electrical licenses are preferred
