U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking an Electrician in Philadelphia. The Electrician’s responsibility includes the operation, replacement, repair and maintenance of all electrical power and lighting systems including, but not limited to transformers, switches, circuit breakers, motor controllers, panelboards, wiring devices, lighting fixtures, lamps and grounding.
Install, maintain and repair all commercial building electrical, digital, analog and related systems. Will have knowledge & experience of building automation system and be capable of all calibrations required with the system. Will be required to perform other trades work when necessary.
Will work overtime during scheduled preventive maintenance shutdowns, emergencies and other workload demands as determined by the need of the business.
May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices
