The Opportunity

Elite Consulting Partners is the recruiting and M&A advisory firm built to become the name financial advisors think of first when they're considering a move. We're scaling toward $100M in revenue, and we're hiring the marketing leader who's going to help take us there.

This isn't a maintenance role. It's a from-scratch build: one senior marketer, one clean mandate — own the brand, own the demand engine, and turn our reach into a pipeline of advisors who call us before they call anyone else.

You'll have a founder brand with sixteen years of equity behind it, a company already built around clean accountability and provable results, and full ownership of what happens next.

What You'll Do

• Build ECP into the industry's #1 name in advisor recruiting and transitions — grounded in real insight into how advisors think and what makes them move.
• Own the full demand engine — lead generation, channel strategy, and marketing-to-sales alignment, measured on qualified pipeline, not impressions.
• Turn our CEO's personal platform into a growth asset — build the systems that package his voice and thought leadership into content that performs and drives inbound interest.
• Build the marketing infrastructure this company runs on — reporting, measurement, and process that scale as we grow.
• Set brand strategy across every company in our portfolio, partnering with our creative leadership to keep one consistent voice everywhere we show up.
• Build and lead the team and vendor network that gets all of this done — with clear ownership and no gray area about who's accountable for what.

What Makes You Right for This

• You've owned marketing as a revenue function, not a support function — and you have the pipeline numbers to prove it.
• You can build measurement and reporting systems from the ground up, ideally inside a growing professional services, financial services, or B2B company.
• You move fast. You're as comfortable setting the strategy as you are personally executing it — we need a builder, not just a planner.
• You have sharp instincts for brand and voice, and you know how to turn one person's personal brand into a scalable content engine.
• You've led marketing teams and outside vendors, and you default to clear ownership over shared responsibility.
• You have experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisor-facing marketing.

This Role Isn't Right for You If...

We'd rather be direct now than three months in. This seat isn't a fit if:

1. You need a team, a budget, and an agency in place before you can produce. You'll build the infrastructure while you're running the function, not after. If your track record depends on inheriting a staffed department and a big media budget, this seat will frustrate you — and you'll frustrate us.

2. You believe brand work shouldn't be held to a number. We take brand seriously and we invest in it. But everything ties back to pipeline eventually. If your position is that brand equity is too long-horizon to measure, we're going to disagree constantly.

3. You're hoping to negotiate remote or hybrid after the offer. This is a 100% in-office role, and that isn't a starting position we'll move off of. If flexibility is a requirement for you, this is the wrong seat — and we'd rather you know now.

4. You need direction before you move. You'll be handed outcomes, not plans. If you're most comfortable executing someone else's strategy, or you need approval at each step before you act, the pace here will feel unsupported rather than empowering.

5. You'll want the role reshaped around what you enjoy most. The scope is the scope: brand and demand, strategy and execution. If your instinct after ninety days is to carve off the parts that don't play to your strengths, this isn't the fit — and neither of us will be happy about it.

6. You want to punch a clock. This is a role where ideas and opportunities don't respect business hours. If your day ends at 6:30 no matter what's on the table, or a Saturday text with an idea in it feels like an intrusion, this isn't your seat. It's a fluid role and one of the most important in the company — we want someone fully bought in and genuinely excited to build something great with us.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000–$160,000, based on experience
• Performance bonus: Paid quarterly, up to $8,000/quarter ($32,000/year)

A Note on How We Work

This role is in-office because of what it owns: the CEO's personal brand, the voice of every company in our portfolio, and our primary growth engine. That kind of work runs on proximity and fast iteration — daily access to leadership, not weekly syncs.

We also use the Kolbe A Index as part of our leadership hiring process, so expect a short assessment as part of the interview — we're looking for someone who's naturally decisive and drives things to completion, not someone who needs to be managed toward it or makes excuses why it was someone else's fault.
