Senior Data & Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Data Insight & Reporting Analyst to support the delivery of data-driven insights and reporting solutions that enable operational decision-making. This role plays a key part in transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting performance management, and ensuring the integrity of enterprise reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Translate business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations
• Support operational performance monitoring through ongoing analysis

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Design, develop, and maintain operational reports and dashboards
• Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, accurate, and aligned with business needs
• Enhance existing reporting to improve usability and efficiency
• Build and maintain visualizations using Tableau

Data Quality & Governance

• Validate data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs
• Partner with data governance teams to uphold data standards and best practices
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or gaps

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting needs
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Support cross-functional initiatives through analytical expertise

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data utilization
• Contribute to automation and optimization of reporting workflows

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Strong experience with SQL and data querying
• Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare or payer operations
• Familiarity with data governance concepts and controls
• Experience working with large-scale operational datasets
