User Experience Designer

Job Title: UX Designer (Digital Advice Platform – Mobile Experience)

Location: Hybrid – Malvern PA 19355

Pay Rate: $60-$65/h on W2

Job Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer to join the Digital Advice Platform (DAP) team. This role will focus on enhancing digital advice experience by translating and optimizing existing web experiences into intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences while contributing to future mobile-first solutions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile UX, experienced with responsive design, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable, accessible, and impactful digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on mobile optimization.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Translate existing web experiences into seamless mobile-first solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Researchers, Content Strategists, and other Designers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and scalable design patterns.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research insights to inform design decisions.
• Simplify complex workflows to improve the overall client experience.
• Participate in design critiques, collaboration sessions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Validate design solutions through user testing, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design best practices.
• Stay current with emerging UX trends, mobile design patterns, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Experience designing responsive and mobile-first digital experiences.
• Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions.
• Experience collaborating within Agile product teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira.
• Experience working on financial services, fintech, or enterprise digital products.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience partnering with UX Researchers and Product Strategists.
• Familiarity with usability testing and analytics-driven design improvements.
