B2B Sales Executive

The ideal candidate has a proven history of consistently surpassing sales goals, excels at managing multiple priorities, possesses a strong work ethic, and is confident using CRM tools to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

You'll have the opportunity to work with clients across a variety of industries, including industrial, healthcare, and retail, helping businesses improve their facilities while delivering exceptional customer service and long-term value.

In this exciting role, you will

• Identify and engage with potential clients, sparking new business opportunities
• Launch the sales process by scheduling meetings, uncovering account needs, and delivering compelling initial presentations
• Seal the deal by nurturing strong relationships, clearly communicating our services, addressing concerns, and closing agreements
• Commit at least 20 hours per week to actively prospecting fresh opportunities
• Utilize and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep client data accurate and up to date
• Keep your top 100 client list in the CRM well-organized and current
• Promote a positive and collaborative work atmosphere through respectful communication with clients, colleagues, and supervisors
• Support additional tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the team's success

Requirements

• At least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally with your most recent role involving outside sales
• A proven track record of success, with at least 2 full calendar years hitting 105% or more of your sales targets as reflected in scorecards or sales dashboards
• Excellent skills in prospecting and growing a sales territory
• Comfortable using CRM systems, with strong attention to detail for entering and organizing sales data
• Having a sales training certificate like Sandler, President's Club, or Dale Carnegie is a big plus
• Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales deals
• A friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
• A positive, can-do attitude that thrives on challenges
• Well-organized and able to follow a clear sales process to guide clients from prospecting all the way to closing
• Excellent communication skills, whether you're presenting to a group or having a one-on-one meeting
• Proven ability to work well with teams, coordinating with operations and marketing to deliver the best results
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Proficient in MS Office tools
