Overview

We are hiring a Market Planning Account Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how some of the world’s most recognised snacking brands connect with consumers across Europe and Central Eurasia.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a highly integrated client model, collaborating with talented teams, local markets and senior stakeholders to turn regional strategy into market success. Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

• Partner with regional strategy teams to translate campaign objectives into clear and effective communications planning frameworks.
• Support the development and distribution of regional campaign briefs, ensuring markets have the guidance needed to deliver consistently strong execution.
• Build trusted relationships with local market teams, helping drive alignment between regional strategy and market activation.
• Act as a key connector across Publicis Groupe capabilities, bringing together specialist expertise to create integrated solutions.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders across the Kellanova portfolio, fostering collaborative and productive partnerships.
• Lead regional workstreams including planning principles, market engagement and capability connectivity, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement.
• Manage and support an Account Executive, providing coaching, development and clear direction to help them thrive.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• Experience working within media, communications, marketing or integrated agency environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships across clients, markets and specialist teams.
• An ability to turn strategic direction into practical plans that can be implemented across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an approachable and collaborative style.
• Strong organisational capabilities and attention to detail when managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A naturally curious mindset with enthusiasm for bringing together different perspectives and expertise to solve challenges.
• A people-focused approach to leadership, with the ability to support, develop and motivate others.
