Senior HR Executive

The Ascott is looking for an experienced and motivated HR person, ready to take on an exciting challenge as aSenior Human Resource Executiveon a fixed term contract until June 2026.

This limited time position is a standalone role supporting 5 German and 1 Austrian properties, reporting to HR Director based in Europe.

As ourSenior Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Providing support to the German and Austria properties on recruitment, selection and induction
• Overseeing monthly payroll process ensuring team members are paid accurately and on time
• Providing briefings, training and coaching to managers on the effective implementation of policies and procedures and in managing complex employee relations issues
• Ensuring HR databases and systems are accurately maintained and updated
• Ensuring that the HR department functions in accordance with Company standards, budgets and audit requirements at all times.

To be successful in the role ofSenior Human Resource Executive, we require:

• Good command of German and English
• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration or a similar field
• 4 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent working knowledge of German Labour laws and HR procedures
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
