We’re looking for a Cocktail Waiter to join our iconic Mandarin Bar team.

As a Cocktail Waiter at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

• Opening and closing the bar.
• Following bar stock levels and perform weekly orders where appropriate.
• Meet, greet and interact with the guests.
• Preparing and serving beverages in a timely manner.
• Performing cashier related duties.

As a Cocktail Waiter, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, or late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Cocktail Waiter candidate, you will have ideally previous experience in a high standard hospitality establishment but a minimum of a Customer Service experience in a luxury environment.
