Fit-Out Estimator

Location: Hillsborough, NI or London Based Full Time | Permanent

Are you an experienced Fit-Out Estimator looking to join a business delivering high-quality commercial interior and workplace projects?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fit-Out Estimator to join our growing team. Based either from our Head Office in Hillsborough, NI or our London location, you will play a key role in the successful tendering and pre-construction stages of exciting fit-out and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors.

Working closely with our commercial, design and project delivery teams, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project requirements and supporting the development of competitive tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Review tender documentation, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Conduct site visits and assessments where required.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings.
• Produce tender submissions and supporting commercial documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the bidding process.
• Support handovers from pre-construction through to project delivery teams.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the fit-out, interiors, construction or refurbishment sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials and pricing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
