The chic, stand-alone entrance of 108 Brasserie, set at the back of the hotel on the cobbles of Marylebone Lane, and marked out by its striking awnings and brick red frontage, sets the scene for a vibrant community eatery. The fine dining restaurant in Marylebone offers a menu of modern European dishes and comforting English classics at breakfast, lunch or dinner.

As a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress you will be a passionate foodie who loves going the extra mile to make sure our guests have an amazing dining experience and leave wanting to come back again and again.

Friendly and knowledgeable about our menus and offers you will be the face and heart of the 108 Brasserie. Your will be the reason why our guests want to dine with us again and again. You will be covering lunch and dinner service - you will provide a great cocktail experience and share your knowledge and passion for wine, cocktails and food with both customers and colleagues.

Please note this role is a full time breakfast position, with shifts starting at 6am, 5 days a week.
