Access Control Automation Engineer

We are seeking skilled Automatic Door Engineers to join our team, anywhere from outer London right down to the West Coast, stretching across from Hampshire to Kent. This role is vital in ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic door, gates, and barrier systems. As part of ABCA, you will contribute to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.

This role is for permanent employment, please do not apply if only looking for subcontractor work. Vehicle provided! Must have a UK manual full driving license.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out installs, servicing & maintenance
• Surveying and inspecting automated systems
• Logging jobs with clear, detailed info
• Following strict health & safety standards
• Keeping timesheets up to date
• Being flexible – overtime and on-call rota available

What You'll Bring

• ADSA or ADIA accredited
• 3+ years working with automatic doors & gates
• Full UK Driving License
• Positive, flexible, and customer-first mindset
• Great communicator with strong attention to detail
• A logical thinker who loves solving technical challenges
