📝 Rquirements

• Demonstrable Webflow experience through personal projects, university work, or a placement
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an appetite to develop JavaScript skills
• Familiarity with Finsweets Client-First framework, or a willingness to learn structured Webflow build systems
• Familiarity with Figma and an understanding of how design files are structured
• Comfort using AI tools to support efficient Webflow development, with good judgement to review and refine output
• Awareness of web fundamentals including performance, accessibility, and responsive design
• Exposure to Webflow integrations, automation tools, APIs, or Webflow MCP would be a genuine advantage
• Proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, collaborative, and open to feedback
• Located in London and willing to travel into the office 3 days a week

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Assist in developing responsive Webflow websites from design files
• Learn to translate Figma designs accurately into well-structured Webflow builds
• Develop understanding of Webflow CMS, Interactions, and Editor configuration
• Support cross-browser and cross-device QA with a sharp eye for detail
• Work closely with senior developers and designers across all project stages
• Communicate technical decisions and constraints clearly internally and, over time, directly with clients
• Participate in project scoping and estimation to build commercial awareness
• Follow our Webflow build standards and contribute to improving them
• Stay curious about Webflows evolving feature set and bring new ideas to the team
• Contribute to a positive, high-quality team culture
• Follow and improve documented processes and workflows as the team scales
• Help monitor and respond to client support requests within agreed service levels
• Assist with how-to enquiries to help clients get the most from Webflows CMS and Editor
• Support diagnosis of change requests and bugs, including triaging and documenting issues clearly

We are looking for a Junior Webflow Developer to join our digital team. We are a Webflow Enterprise Partner, and Webflow is central to our work. We will invest seriously in your development and growth as part of a collaborative agency environment.

The role is based in London EC2A 3JF with a hybrid setup, and we expect the successful candidate to travel into the office three days a week. The salary is £26,000 to £28,000 per year.
