Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Emotii.ai. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience of our AI-driven applications, ensuring they are not only functional but also intuitive and emotionally engaging.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create designs that delight users and align with our vision of emotionally intelligent technology.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and emotions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with Emotii.ai’s brand and enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Prototyping: Experience with creating high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups.
• Visual Design: Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively about user experience challenges.
• Nice to Have: AI/ML Understanding: Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and how they can be integrated into user experiences.
• Motion Design: Experience with motion design and creating animations for UI. Design for Accessibility: Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UX design.
