- We work extremely closely with a growing portfolio of fantastic clients on both an exclusive-contingent and recruitment-as-a-service basis and we’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual to join us as the fourth member of our team.

- Co’s Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role of bringing on more fantastic clients across the startup, scale-up and wider tech landscape, while delivery will be owned by our elite GTM & Tech hiring teams.

- We continue to win a huge amount of repeat business based on our existing clients recommending us to their investors and other founders in their network.
- You will be expected to match our incredibly high standards when it comes to client experience.
- Become A Startup & Scale-up Expert
- Whatever desk you build, we'll expect you to become well known in the startup and scale-up space, so becoming an expert in the VC-backed world is a must.
- You’re A Great Fit If… You’ve got a few years of agency recruitment experience under your belt, but want to build something amazing in a much smaller environment where the opportunity to impact and earn is enormous.
- You’re ambitious, an over-achiever and goal-focused, with the drive to make a meaningful impact at an early-stage recruitment startup - you want to put in an outsized effort for an outsized reward.
- You much prefer the thought of working in a close-knit team than within a large corporation, but understand the autonomy and ownership required from you to thrive in a small team like ours.
- You’re a people-focused individual who will enjoy regularly meeting clients, attending events and building lasting relationships with them.
