Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. This will be 100% office based

Duties

Answer calls and emails and answering enquiries

Booking appointments

uploading information onto CRM system and ensuring it is always updated

Dealing with contracts

Filing, archiving etc

General office dutiesRequirements

• Excellent attention to detail
• Customer service experience
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Friendly, confident personality
