In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate, value engineered cost estimates, managing tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award, and liaising closely with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery. You will play a key role in pricing works, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless handover to operations for successful project execution.

The Role

• Produce accurate, competitive estimates and assess tender risks/opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and teams.
• Daily training from senior Estimators to springboard your career
• Liaise with senior management team to manage project pipelines and time frames

The Person

• Estimating experience or relevant degree
• Worked within groundworks, basements, or civil engineering or similar
• Commutable to Isleworth
