Project Coordinator - Relocation Sudbury, ON

We're hiring a Project Coordinator ( road building, heavy civil, municipal infrastructure, and mining support services) in Sudbury to support projects from tender award through completion.

What You'll Do

• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Coordinate communications between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track schedules, milestones, and progress against project goals
• Manage RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor project costs, POs, invoices, and budget performance
• Support procurement: quotations, purchase orders, material deliveries
• Assist with project startup, handover, and closeout
• Participate in site visits, meetings, and field inspections
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies (PPE required)

What You Bring

• Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent industry experience
• Valid G Driver's License
• Strong organizational and communication skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Asset: experience as a Project Coordinator/Administrator, Estimator, or similar in civil, road building, mining, or industrial construction
• Asset: Gold Seal, C.Tech, CET, EIT, or P.Eng
• Proficiency in MS Office 365; AutoCAD, Civil3D, or Bid2Win a plus
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and tender documents
