They are seeking a proactive and highly organized Bookkeeper to oversee the full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping function across multiple entities while providing operational and administrative support to ownership and senior management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment where responsibilities extend beyond traditional bookkeeping. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing accounting operations while also taking on special projects and business-related tasks as needed.

Position Summary

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping functions for multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and financial record maintenance. In addition to accounting responsibilities, the role will provide support on operational and administrative initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the business.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to roll up their sleeves to support various aspects of the organization when required.
