Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

Invixium is seeking an enthusiastic Logistics resource to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the product development team based in India to test the licensing platform for generating, renewing, and revoking licenses for Invixium software modules and mobile credentials.

Invixium provides end-to-end access control, workforce management, and health screening solutions using touchless biometrics. Our devices capture accurate data which is used to perform intelligent analytics and generate meaningful, user-friendly dashboards to help businesses of all sizes become more healthy, productive, and secure.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans for Quality testing of software modules for functionality
• Collaborate with Operations lead to architect licensing issuance process
• Kit material for manufacturing work orders and record using ERP system
• Prepare monthly cycle counts and assist with annual inventory counts as required
• Maintain internal record-keeping systems as required

Qualifications and Experience

• 4-year degree in supply chain management, logistic, business administration or relevant technical field
• 2+ years of experience in inventory and logistics coordination role
• Experience with electronics manufacturing and ESD packaging/safe practices is preferred
• Experience working within an ERP driven environment
• Effective verbal communication and logic skills
• Strong time management skills
• Well organized and resourceful
• Ability to scope, plan and execute on assigned projects and ask questions
• Respect diversity: treat others with respect and avoid unnecessary conflict
