We are a successful real estate team that is seeking an experienced and HUNGRY sales representative to join our growing team!

We are looking for agents in Toronto area ONLY!

We currently have plenty of inbound business and want you to apply, if real estate is a passion of yours, and you want to significantly increase your GCI!

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Hold open houses (in-person)
• Go on appointments with homeowners
• Manage leads within our CRM
• Complete daily task within the CRM
• Pre-appointment planning by running territory comps
• Build rapport with buyers/wholesalers/sellers
• Writing contracts
• Listing agreements
• Attend closings

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

• Must have an active real estate license, experience of 2 (TWO) years in real estate.
• Be somewhat savvy with technology.
• Additional sales experience is preferred
• Must have strong communication skills, be interpersonal, honest and hardworking
• Must be motivated and determined
• A team player, with a group and growth mindset.
• Has to be in Toronto Area
