Facilities Manager

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to support banking operations in Toronto, Ontario. This Long-term Contract opportunity is suited to a detail-oriented individual who can oversee day-to-day facility performance, coordinate service providers, and maintain high standards across building operations.

The role requires strong oversight of maintenance activities, budgets, vendor relationships, and client service to help ensure an efficient and well-managed workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facilities operations to maintain a safe, functional, and well-managed banking environment across the site in Toronto, Ontario.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system to improve service delivery and asset performance.
• Manage external vendors and service partners, including scheduling, performance follow-up, and compliance with service expectations.
• Monitor operating expenses and support budget planning, cost tracking, and financial reporting related to facilities services.
• Respond to occupant and stakeholder requests with a strong customer service focus, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Oversee building services and operational processes to help minimize disruptions and maintain business continuity.
• Maintain accurate records within facility and CRM-related systems to support reporting, service coordination, and operational visibility.
• Work with internal teams and third-party providers to identify opportunities for process improvement within facilities operations.
