Mississauga, ON | Straight Day Shift | $25.00/hour

Are you an experienced inventory professional who enjoys working in a hands-on warehouse and manufacturing environment? We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join a growing Mississauga-based operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong inventory management experience, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of inventory transactions within an ERP/MRP system.

What You'll Do

As the Inventory Control Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Coordinate material movement from receiving to storage, production, and shipping areas
• Process inventory transactions within the ERP/MRP system
• Track inventory movements and identify materials required for production
• Review and support work order fulfillment activities
• Transfer materials to production and complete inventory reconciliations upon work order completion
• Close completed work orders within the system
• Support receiving inspections and material evaluations
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, pick-and-pack, and inventory activities
• Communicate with Purchasing regarding non-inventory material requirements
• Assist with continuous inventory and process improvement initiatives
• Support warehouse operations as required

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3 years of inventory control, materials management, or warehouse inventory experience
• Experience working with an ERP/MRP system
• Strong understanding of inventory transactions, cycle counting, and inventory control processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous forklift experience is a strong asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
