Commercial Litigation Associate Lawyer

Established in 1948, Garfinkle Biderman LLP is a cohesive, efficient, and forward-thinking law firm, powered by a team of lawyers specializing in a wide range of practice areas. We are currently seeking a mid-level commercial litigation associate with large firm experience to join our busy and growing litigation team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-6 years of well-rounded commercial litigation experience in a broad variety of areas including commercial litigation, insolvency, commercial insurance claims, mortgage enforcement or construction claims. Candidates with strong property dispute and insolvency/receivership experience are preferred.

The successful candidate will have experience handling matters independently and enjoy working with a larger team on more complex matters.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
