Compensation

$60,000 - $300,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• Use our existing database and active listings to reach prospects, run open houses, and access private buyers.
• Assist sellers in getting their properties listed on the real estate board’s MLS Systems, REALTOR.ca, and various real estate advertising websites
• Guide sellers through offers, negotiations, and paperwork to ensure a successful sale
• Conduct property showings to save sellers' time and cater to unrepresented buyers for potential leads
• Support buyers with their purchasing needs and provide Commission Rebates for their benefit

Qualifications

• You need a valid Real Estate License
• You need a proven record of past sales experience (preferred)
• You need to be tech-enabled and savvy
• You need excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
