Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef/Manager to SET UP A BRAND NEW CONCEPT in a very busy office building food court.

This energetic leader will craft exceptional menus, ensure top-tier food quality, and manage daily kitchen activities with enthusiasm and precision. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management, inspiring their team to deliver.

Duties

• Lead the kitchen team by supervising staff, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive work environment
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met
• Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Develop innovative menus that reflect current trends while catering to customer preferences
• Maintain high standards of food handling and hygiene practices across all kitchen activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for food service operations.
• Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly to uphold excellent service standards

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
• Extensive food industry knowledge with hands-on experience in food preparation and cooking techniques
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
• Solid restaurant management background including operations, staffing, and customer service oversight
• Deep understanding of food safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership qualities with a passion for hospitality and serving guests
• Experience in food handling, kitchen organization, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
