Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Legal Advisor with deep expertise in digital assets, virtual assets, and financial services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the client portfolio, providing strategic legal advice, and maintaining compliance within the evolving virtual asset regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all aspects of digital asset transactions, virtual asset licensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring proactive support and long-term engagement.
• Bring in new business opportunities and grow the company’s client base in virtual assets and financial services.
• Manage existing clients, understanding their business requirements and providing tailored legal solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies for the Virtual Asset Practice, ensuring compliance with UAE and international regulatory standards.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documentation related to digital assets and financial services.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to provide timely guidance and strategic insights to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of legal and business strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services legal advisory.
• Strong understanding of VARA, ADGM, DIFC, DFSA, SCA, CBUAE, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and management.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
