Business Analyst / Project Manager (CRM Transformation)

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join an exciting business transformation programme on an initial 3-month contract.

Working closely with business stakeholders and an offshore Salesforce consultancy, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of a Salesforce reconfiguration while also supporting the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System.

This role combines business analysis with project coordination and is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

This contract will sit inside IR35 and can be operated on a hybrid basis out of either the client's London or Manchester offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and improve business processes.
• Manage project plans, timelines and key deliverables.
• Coordinate with an offshore Salesforce implementation partner.
• Support the implementation of a new ATS and the decommissioning of the existing platform.
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time and aligned to business objectives.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience delivering CRM implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with third-party implementation partners is advantageous.
