The Role

As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you'll take ownership of managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google and social platforms. You'll work across a diverse client portfolio, leading campaign strategy, execution, and performance improvement while contributing to the wider growth of the digital team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and paid social channels
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, from initial setup through to scaling and ongoing performance improvement
• Take ownership of client accounts, using data and insights to inform strategy and maximise ROISupport onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition into campaign delivery
• Deliver clear, insightful reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and platform developments
• Contribute to campaign strategy and support new business initiatives where required

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in paid media (agency experience desirable)
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Confident analysing data and making performance-driven decisions
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
• Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning
• Exposure to platforms like TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, or Spotify is a bonus What's on Offer
