Responsibilities

• Produce complex annual statutory accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Provide proactive financial and accounting advice, offering best practice recommendations for Partner review.
• Monitor client financial performance against revenue and profitability targets.
• Coordinate the internal billing process and manage accurate fee progression.
• Deliver high-level communication to foster enduring relationships with key client stakeholders.

As an Accounts Assistant Manager you will

• Own and manage a dedicated client portfolio with minimal support from senior leadership.
• Act as a primary mentor to junior team members, answering daily technical queries and guiding their career journeys.
• Support and review the work of junior staff to ensure high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Record and analyze your chargeable time accurately using internal management systems.
• Participate actively in soft skills development programs focused on advanced client and team management.

What You’ll Receive
