About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Onboarding to join our Talent Acquisition team.

About The Position

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Supervise the team and ensure the smooth operation of all parties. Maintain good relationships with different agencies regarding work permits, pre-employment, and relocation-related procedures. Responsible for all onboarding processes for selected candidates.

Work closely with inter-departments on work visa and residence permit-related issues and keep the team updated. Work closely with the Wynn Oasis team to ensure smoother experience for new joiners. Maintain an efficient filing system and keep filing up to date. Update and prepare monthly reports for the management team.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work, and follow through on issues in a timely manner. Perform other duties as directed by the Onboarding Manager. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times on all matters. Interact with Company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective communication.

Adhere to Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Company standards at all times. Follow health and safety standards and avoid health and injury hazards. Clean and tidy the office, and reduce, re-use, and recycle wherever possible. Identify process improvements and contribute to system optimization initiatives.

About You

Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience in a company, hotel, or sizable organization, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Bachelor’s degree or above. Proficient in written and spoken English. Advanced MS Office skills. Passionate, enthusiastic, and outgoing. High level of integrity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail.
