About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to join our Executive Support Team, providing dedicated executive support to a member of the Senior Executive Team within one of our Faculties. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the University, where no two days are the same.

As a trusted member of a collaborative and experienced PA community, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Executive's office. You will build strong working relationships with colleagues across the University and provide a high standard of administrative and organisational support in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include

• Managing complex and ever-changing diaries and inboxes Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and servicing committees Planning, organising and supporting a range of events Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Anticipating priorities and providing proactive support to ensure the smooth running of the Executive's office We're looking for someone who is confident, adaptable and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
• You'll have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
