Sales and Lettings Consultant

My client is a prestigious property company, with a reputation for exceptional customer service. Due to business growth, they are now seeking a successful sales and lettings consultant to join their professional team based in Manchester city centre.

This is a fast-paced combined sales and lettings consultant role, where you will be given the autonomy to develop new and existing business in Manchester city centre. You will ideally be of graduate calibre, ideally with some sales or lettings experience, a self-starter who is capable of exceeding targets and has a natural flair for providing outstanding customer service.

The role is extremely varied and you will spend 50% of your working day out of the office conducting viewings. This will mean a lot of walking around the city centre!

Main responsibilities

• Arranging and attending property viewings
• Arranging valuations
• Prospecting for new business
• Negotiating sales and rental contract terms
• Working to daily targets
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Working closely with the property management team
• Sales progression
• Sourcing and advertising new properties
• Generating new business opportunities
• Selling to a mixture owner occupiers and investors

We are looking for a dynamic, career driven candidate who has experience within the estate agency / lettings sector (or some client facing sales experience) and is now looking for the next step within their career. This lettings and sales consultant job in Manchester offers the opportunity of career progression within 12 months, along with an excellent working environment, ongoing training and a range of benefits.

Basic salary £20-25k, plus OTE £35-£40k. The role will include working occasional Saturdays (with a lieu day off during the week).
