Senior Food & Beverage Manager

Job Summary

Empire Istanbul Restaurants UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations across its restaurant business. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, optimizing operational performance, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety, and driving revenue growth while ensuring efficient day-to-day restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Oversee restaurant operations, including kitchen, dining, bar, catering, and inventory management where applicable
• Ensure compliance with UK food safety regulations, HACCP principles, health and safety legislation, and company quality standards
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, control food and beverage costs, and maximize operational efficiency
• Collaborate with executive chefs, restaurant managers, procurement teams, and senior leadership to develop seasonal menus and promotional initiatives
• Manage supplier relationships, purchasing activities, stock control, and quality assurance processes
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop food and beverage supervisors, restaurant managers, and service teams while promoting a culture of hospitality and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food Service Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Extensive experience in food and beverage management, restaurant operations, hospitality management, or multi-site food service leadership
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, food costing, HACCP, food safety regulations, and hospitality best practices
• Experience with restaurant management systems (POS), inventory software, scheduling tools, and financial reporting systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, organizational, financial management, and problem-solving skills
• Professional hospitality qualifications or memberships are advantageous

Pay: £68,000.00-£92,000.00 per year
