A Financial Planning Manager is a mid-level finance professional responsible for developing financial strategies, managing budgets and forecasts, analyzing business performance, and supporting senior management in making informed financial decisions. They ensure the organization meets its financial objectives while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare management reports.
• Monitor company expenditures and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct financial modeling and business performance analysis.
• Support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with department managers to prepare budgets and financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Present financial reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Mentor and supervise junior finance staff.

Pay: From £8,500.00 per month
