Key Responsibilities Of The Office Junior / Admin Assistant

Youll play a key role in helping our team stay organised and responsive. Your day-to-day will include:

• Monitoring email inboxes and processing: Sales orders, Sample requests, Paint orders
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Handling basic customer enquiries (e.g., pricing, stock checks)
• Taking and passing on messages
• General admin support and helping out wherever needed

What Were Looking For

• Organised, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• A good communicator, both in writing and speaking
• A team player who takes pride in their work
• Not afraid to ask questions or ask for help when needed
• (Bonus) Interested in interior design or the creative industries
