A detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys investigation and resolution. As an Admin Advisor, you'll handle the more complex back-office queries that require system access, fraud awareness, and careful case management.

Investigate and resolve missing or failed payment queries. Manage courier disputes, claims, and tracking escalations — liaising with SEKO, FedEx, and DHL as required. Review, flag, and action suspected fraudulent orders within the same business day. Handle chargebacks and payment disputes accurately and within SLA. Resolve Amazon queries routed via Dixa within the 24-hour SLA window.
Maintain accurate records of all admin cases for audit purposes. Support other CS teams with admin-heavy escalations requiring system access.
