Our customers span K-12 and post-secondary institutions, healthcare systems, municipalities, and industrial facilities across Canada and the United States. We deliver in the field through a growing network of Authorized Service Providers (ASPs), which lets us scale coverage without sacrificing quality.

The Role

We're hiring an Account Executive whose primary job is to close new business. You'll take qualified opportunities from discovery through to a signed pilot and be the primary point of contact for facilities directors, operations leaders, and electrical decision-makers.

You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, outreach and booking pilot proposals to keep your pipeline healthy to ensure we're converting on new customer acquisition.

This is a quota-carrying closing role focused on new customer acquisition.

What You'll Do

• Own deals from discovery through to close — proposal, negotiation, and signed pilot.
• Convert qualified opportunities into closed new business and consistently hit quarterly targets.
• Run consultative discovery calls with facilities, operations, and electrical stakeholders.
• Position CircuitIQ's circuit-mapping solution against the customer's current process (drawings, guesswork, manual tracing).
• Responsible for prospecting, qualifying to supplement inbound and outbound pipeline.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Service, and the ASP delivery team to scope and hand off signed pilots.
• Keep pipeline and forecast data accurate and current in our CRM, with detailed notes by following CRM processes and policies (HubSpot).

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales / account executive experience — SaaS, technical services, facilities, construction, or industrial sales is a strong plus.
• A proven closer with a track record of closing net-new mid-sized deals.
• Comfort selling to institutional and facilities buyers (schools, healthcare, municipalities, industrial sites).
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills — you diagnose before you pitch.
• CRM discipline; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable owning a number.
• Have a fierce work ethic, care level and a team first mentality

What We Offer

• Compensation
• Base salary: $65K-$80K depending on experience
• Total on-target earnings: $125K-$150K with uncapped commissions
• Compensation may vary based on experience and role scope
• Commission plan details will be shared during the interview process
• Quarterly performance bonuses tied to clear, achievable targets.
