CJ Brubacher Ltd. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. Since 1923, we have proudly provided Waterloo Region with trusted HVAC, plumbing, electrical, gas fitting, sheet metal, and construction services.

We are looking for a skilled plumbing professional with several years of field experience who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. This position offers a mix of residential and commercial service, installation, maintenance, and renovation work.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential and commercial applications
• Perform plumbing installations for renovations, additions, and new construction projects
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective long-term solutions
• Prepare quotations and recommendations for customers
• Educate customers on plumbing systems, maintenance, and water treatment solutions
• Ensure all work complies with Ontario Plumbing Code and applicable regulations
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members
• Complete required documentation accurately and efficiently
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction on every project

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber (306A)
• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Thorough knowledge of Ontario Plumbing Code and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
• Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
• G2 or G1 Gas Licence considered an asset
