Office & Human Resources Manager

Based in Miami, this Office & Human Resources Manager opportunity blends office leadership with core HR responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly and teams supported.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Office & HR Manager position include:

• Four (4) to six (6) years of progressively responsible office management, human resources, or business administration experience.
• Trilingual proficiency in English, French, and Spanish is considered an asset.
• Extreme organizational and project management skills, with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Manage office operations and procedures, including information management, filing systems, office supplies, inventory, and office productivity.
• Develop and manage office budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Support recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Administer benefits, maintain HR documentation and policies, and monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Liaise with immigration attorneys to coordinate visa applications, renewals, and employment authorization processes while tracking timelines.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
