Recruiting Assistant – Part-Time/Hybrid

We are seeking a bilingual Recruiting Assistant to support the recruitment and onboarding of candidates for entry-level positions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable communicating with applicants, and highly proficient with computer software and recruiting systems.

Location: Doral, FL 33166 (1-2x p/ week)

Schedule: Flexible (20-25 hours p/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and pre-screen candidates for entry-level and high-volume positions.
• Review applications and conduct interviews.
• Schedule candidates for assessments, interviews, and onboarding.
• Guide applicants through the hiring and selection process.
• Enter and maintain accurate candidate and employee information in Bullhorn.
• Process employment documents and verifications.
• Post jobs and communicate with candidates through phone, email, text, and recruiting platforms.
• Answer incoming calls and provide professional assistance to candidates, employees, and clients.
• Assist with timecard audits, employee files, and other recruiting-related administrative duties.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and experience working with multiple software platforms and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and data-entry systems; Bullhorn experience is a plus. Google Suite experience is a MUST!
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable recruiting for entry-level and high-volume positions.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time, hybrid environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
