Corporate Recruiter - P

Our client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys developing sourcing strategies, engaging top talent, and partnering with business leaders to build high-performing teams.

Pay Rate: $30-$48/hr

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide regular hiring updates.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced recruiting techniques.
• Conduct market research and provide hiring insights and recommendations.
• Guide the interview and selection process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Negotiate offers and support additional talent acquisition initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
