Inside Sales Representative - (Entry Level Growth Opportunity)

We have partnered with a growing logistics and transportation company in Miami that is looking to add several Inside Sales Representatives to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a rapidly growing organization and build a long-term career in sales and logistics. No prior logistics experience is required.

The company provides hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement into an Account Executive role within approximately 3-6 months based on performance. $45k to start and then bumped to $50k-$60k/yr plus commission.

The ideal candidate is competitive, motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable spending a large portion of their day on the phone building relationships and creating opportunities. Recent graduates, individuals early in their sales careers, and professionals looking to transition into a business development role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop relationships within the transportation industry
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and transportation partners
• Negotiate rates and transportation solutions
• Coordinate shipments and assist with day-to-day logistics activities
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure successful execution
• Resolve transportation-related issues and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and documentation
• Learn the transportation and logistics industry through hands-on training and mentorship

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a phone-based environment
• Interest in sales, business development, and the logistics industry
• Competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, recruiting, call center, or appointment-setting experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
• Ability to work on-site in Downtown Miami (Brickell) Monday-Friday
