Responsibilities include

Establish and maintain new and existing customer relationships

Engage with customers and introduce new products to satisfy customer needs

Learn product lines and identify potential sales opportunities

Process sales orders, assist with merchandise returns, and provide excellent customer service in a retail environment

Manage heavy volume inbound calls

Follow up with customers over the phone

Provide technical support as needed

Communicate with management to resolve any outstanding issues in a timely manner

Other duties may be assigned

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Ability to problem solve

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years of sales experience

Previous experience in a customer service.

Experience in Gate & Access Controls, Fencing, Steel/Metal, or Home Automation with the ability to read and interpret product manuals is a PLUS

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Must be Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
