Senior Personal Assistant

Blackbook Associates is retained on a Senior Personal Assistant search supporting the founder of an established hedge fund, based in Miami. This is a senior, principal-facing role for an experienced PA who is accustomed to operating at the highest level of discretion, pace, and personal service.

The successful candidate will be the principal's most trusted point of contact across personal and lifestyle matters, working in close coordination with the wider office, household staff, and external advisors.

The Role

This is a true Senior PA position, with full ownership of the principal's personal life administration. Core responsibilities include:

• End-to-end management of complex personal scheduling, often shifting at short notice
• Comprehensive travel coordination, including private aviation, yachts, ground transport, and international itineraries
• Household oversight in coordination with domestic staff, estate managers, and vendors across multiple residences
• Management of personal correspondence, gifting, events, and family logistics
• Liaison with security, medical, legal, and financial advisors as required
• Reservations, memberships, and lifestyle requests handled to a consistently high standard
• Acting as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for personal matters, with absolute discretion

The Candidate

We are seeking a seasoned PA with a proven track record supporting a UHNW principal, hedge fund founder, or comparable single-principal environment. This is not a step-up role.

Essential

• Significant prior experience as a Senior PA, EA/PA, or Private PA to a founder, principal, or UHNW individual
• Demonstrable comfort managing complex personal logistics across multiple residences and jurisdictions
• Familiarity with private aviation, yacht coordination, and luxury travel at scale
• Exceptional discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate rather than react
• Calm, unflappable temperament under pressure, with the resilience to operate in a demanding environment
• Strong written communication and presentation, with the ability to represent the principal externally

Preferred

• Prior exposure to a hedge fund, family office, or financial services principal
• Established network of high-end vendors, fixers, and service providers in Miami and key international hubs
• Multilingual capability (Spanish particularly useful)
