Call Center Representative

Bilingual Call Center RepresentativeRobert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Representative. This position is responsible for assisting customers by phone, answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a fast-paced call center environment.

Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable assisting customers in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls in both English and Spanish
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, accounts, orders, billing, and company policies
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a calm and professional approach
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide necessary updates
• Document customer interactions, questions, and resolutions accurately within the company’s system
• Update customer account information and process service requests as needed
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
• Meet established expectations for call quality, response time, attendance, and customer satisfaction
• Follow company procedures and protect confidential customer information
• Assist with additional customer service and administrative duties as needed
