Opera Invest LLC is a Miami real estate investment, property management company managing a

portfolio of over 110 residential properties throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. We

work with both local and international investors, providing property management, leasing,

acquisitions, and sales services.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and highly organized Leasing

Agent & Real Estate Coordinator to take ownership of all leasing activities while providing

support to our sales and acquisitions teams.

Position Overview

This is a dynamic role for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys both leasing and real

estate operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the leasing of our

entire portfolio, ensuring high occupancy rates and an exceptional experience for prospective

tenants.

In addition, this position will provide support to the sales department through transaction

coordination, property showings, market research, CRM management, and various real estate-

related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Property Management Support

• Manage all leasing activities for a portfolio of 110+ residential units.
• Market available properties across multiple platforms.
• Respond to inquiries and qualify prospective tenants.
• Schedule and conduct property showings.
• Process rental applications and coordinate lease execution.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Track leasing performance and vacancy reports.

Sales & Transaction Coordination

• Assist agents with residential sales transactions from contract to closing. Coordinate inspections, title work, lender communications, and closing deadlines.
• Schedule and attend property showings when additional support is needed.
• Maintain transaction files and ensure compliance with brokerage requirements.

Real Estate Operations Support

• Perform comparable market analyses (CMAs) and rental market research.
• Provide general administrative support to the real estate and property management teams.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License (Required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, leasing, property management, or

transaction coordination preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute throughout Miami-Dade and Broward

County.

Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000 annual base salary.
