Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated Leasing Consultant to join the lease-up team of a newly developed Class A multifamily community opening this August. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of launching a brand-new luxury apartment community and helping create an exceptional resident experience from day one.

The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-driven, organized, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service while helping prospective residents find their new home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes, amenities, and community features
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries
• Convert leads into qualified applicants and achieve leasing goals
• Process rental applications, leases, and move-in documentation
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in Yardi and RentCafe
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active lead pipeline
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure a seamless resident experience
• Assist with resident events and community marketing initiatives
• Maintain the leasing office, model apartments, and amenity areas to presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• Support the Property Manager with daily operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily leasing experience preferred
• Lease-up experience is a plus
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with Yardi and RentCafe
• Must be available to work Saturdays
