Location/Schedule: Miami, FL (Hybrid)

Base Salary: Up to $220k

Practice: Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith – Complex coverage opinions, declaratory judgment actions, high-exposure claims, and catastrophe losses for insurers and public entities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze complex insurance policies and prepare detailed coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
• Handle declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation involving property, liability, and catastrophe claims.
• Manage high-exposure coverage disputes from initial analysis through litigation and resolution.
• Advise insurers and public entities on coverage strategy, claim handling, and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy and creative solutions.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates)

• JD and active FL bar.
• 3–7+ years of insurance coverage or complex insurance litigation experience with strong analytical and writing skills.
