I am currently working with an Employment firm based in Miami who are actively seeking an experienced Attorney to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires. Here are the headlines:

The Role 💼

• Act as Strategic Outside Employment Counsel: Serve as a primary legal advisor to corporate clients, providing day-to-day and strategic guidance across the full spectrum of employment law
• Lead Contentious and Pre-Contentious Matters: Advise on and manage employment disputes from early risk assessment through to resolution
• Deliver Proactive Risk Management and Compliance Advice: Partner with clients to anticipate and mitigate legal risk by advising on policies, procedures, and regulatory developments
• Draft, Review, and Negotiate Key Employment Documents: Oversee the preparation and negotiation of employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies and tribunal documentation

The Package 💰

• Up to $225K Base
• Performance Related Bonus
